I’m not exactly sure where to start, so I guess I will just say WOW. Bill, Nick, Ray, Manny and their whole team were fantastic. TWT was our GC to renovate our restaurant for a grand opening. They were great from Day 1. They were thorough with their work, and great with communication. I probably traumatized them with my endless phone calls, but they were always there with answers and solutions to any questions or concerns that I had. They were timely and professional the whole way, and gave us continuous support throughout construction and all our inspections. I have already recommended them to other business owners, and will absolutely use them again in the future. TWT is a no nonsense commercial construction company. Nick and Danny keep it simple and get things done! We just completed our first QSR program build with them in the Tampa Market, and they hit every milestone, and held true to thier construction schedule and projections. On quick (8) week finish-out project you need clear and consistent communication and confidence in the project management. Danny brings a steady hand and is extremely proactive in all project facets. I cannot wait to do it again!

TWT is one of the best Construction companies I ever worked with, Bill the president is an unusual general contractor. when I say unusual I mean that he deeply care about all of the aspect of the construction, from quality control, safety, lead time etc. he cares about his customers and his employees and subcontractor. But not only Bill all the members of company are synchronized to complete the projects successfully.
