This interior and exterior remodel transformed a former fitness studio into a vibrant new Big Taco restaurant. The project included new underground plumbing and electrical systems, structural framing per tenant buildout plans, and installation of a complete kitchen hood system and components.
The refreshed interior features upgraded finishes throughout, including new tile and wall treatments, as well as custom paint elements that bring energy and personality to the space. Artwork, décor, and full kitchen equipment installation completed the buildout, resulting in a lively dining environment that reflects the Big Taco brand’s bold and colorful identity.
