First Watch Daytime Cafe
We have created a strong bond with First Watch Restaurants in Florida. Over the years we have completed 40+ projects. Projects average around 4000SF and include complete interior buildout. Average build time is 13 weeks to completion.
Mission BBQ
Over the past 10 years we have been able to work with Mission BBQ on many projects. Most projects have included interior buildouts and exterior modifications to promote the brand.
Glory Days Grill
We have completed 9 projects for Glory Days over the past few years. Several projects included site construction and shell building construction. We also converted several Lee Roy Selmons BBQ stores into Glory Days Grill. These remodels averaged 3-4 weeks to completion.
Dave's Hot Chicken
Dave's Hot Chicken is an up and coming franchised restaurant. We have partnered with a local franchisee to complete these projects in our local Tampa market. We are currently working on construction of store #4 and store #5 in the design phase.
Mandola's Italian Kitchen
Mandola's is a popular Italian eatery with great food, bustling atmosphere, and warm hospitality. We have had the pleasure of working with Mandola's Italian Kitchen at four different locations - Riverview, Carrollwood, Odessa, and Oldsmar. These projects included both new shell and interior buildouts.
Bella Brava
Bella Brava is an exciting concept that blends Italian cuisine with the modern bustle of a New World urban lifestyle. We built their St. Pete and Midtown locations and just completed their new 8200 SF interior buildout in Bexley.
Metro Diner
Metro Diner has an old-fashioned diner feel. TWT has completed many projects for Metro Diner throughout Florida. Recent projects include Brandon and Lakeland, FL.
Fresh Kitchen
Fresh Kitchen offers health-conscious food options. TWT has completed 3 projects with this brand including a ground up drive thru building in Lakeland, FL. TWT have also completed stores in Winter Garden and Lutz, FL.
Sunda New Asian Midtown Tampa
Completed in 2023, Sunda New Asian is a 6500 SF restaurant and bar inspired by Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, China and more. We helped create a beautiful space for customers to enjoy food and drinks in the trendy and up-and-coming Midtown district. This project was started in late 2022 and posed unique structural challenges due to being built underneath a hotel.
