Dave's Hot Chicken

TWT Construction completed the full interior buildout of this new shell building for Dave’s Hot Chicken in Ft. Myers. The project began by removing the existing concrete slab to allow for installation of new underground plumbing and electrical systems, followed by structural framing per tenant buildout specifications.

The kitchen was built out with a new hood system and fully connected equipment, while the interior received upgraded finishes including tile, wall treatments, and bold custom paint elements. Walls were prepped for signature graffiti artwork, and branded décor was installed to bring the energetic Dave’s Hot Chicken identity to life. The result is a vibrant, fully equipped restaurant space designed for both efficiency and a high-impact customer experience.
