Firehouse Subs

This interior remodel converted the former Heights Meat Market into a new Firehouse Subs location. The project began with full demolition of the existing space, followed by installation of new underground plumbing, electrical systems, and structural framing per tenant buildout requirements.

The refreshed interior features custom wainscoting and décor elements that highlight the brand’s distinctive firehouse theme. New finishes were applied throughout, including upgraded tile and wall treatments, along with polished concrete floors and freshly painted walls and ceilings. The kitchen received a new acoustical ceiling for improved performance, while exterior updates included repainting and preparation for new signage. The project was completed with installation of the owner-provided millwork package, delivering a clean, modern restaurant ready for opening.
