First Watch

TWT Construction completed the full interior buildout of a new shell building for First Watch on Anastasia Island near St. Augustine, FL, transforming a dirt-floor space into a fully finished restaurant designed around the brand’s bright, welcoming atmosphere. The project included installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems, new framing per tenant buildout plans, and a complete commercial kitchen buildout with a new hood system and all required equipment.

The interior was finished with upgraded tile, wall treatments, and custom paint elements throughout, along with branded artwork, décor, and furniture to create a cohesive dining experience. Exterior paint and finish work completed the transformation, resulting in a fresh, modern First Watch location built to support both efficient operations and a comfortable guest environment.
