First Watch

TWT Construction completed the full interior buildout for First Watch in Mt. Dora, transforming a new shell into a welcoming breakfast, brunch, and lunch destination. Beginning with a dirt-floor site, the project included installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems, structural framing per tenant buildout plans, and a complete commercial kitchen buildout with new hood systems and equipment.

The interior was finished with upgraded tile, wall treatments, and custom paint elements that reflect First Watch’s bright and inviting brand aesthetic. The project also included installation of branded artwork, décor, furniture, and kitchen equipment throughout the space. Exterior enhancements and coordinated finishes completed the transformation, delivering a warm, modern dining environment ready to serve the Mt. Dora community.
