Five Guys Burgers & Fries

TWT Construction completed the demolition of a former BurgerFi, followed by interior buildout to deliver a new Five Guys Burgers & Fries restaurant in Citrus Park. The project began with full removal of the existing restaurant interior, followed by installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems and new framing per tenant buildout specifications.

The commercial kitchen was outfitted with a new hood system and all required equipment, while the dining area received updated finishes including tile and wall upgrades, along with custom interior and exterior paint elements. The team installed menus, sneeze guards, and completed fabrication and installation of all furniture to align with the Five Guys brand standards. The project concluded with a successful health inspection in coordination with the operations team, delivering a fully operational restaurant ready to serve the Citrus Park community.
