Fresh Kitchen Flagship

TWT Construction completed the transformation from a former bowling-themed bar into the new flagship Fresh Kitchen location in Tampa, Florida. This conversion project began with extensive demolition, including the removal of interior finishes, walls, and three existing bowling lanes to create a blank canvas for the restaurant’s modern open-concept design. New underground plumbing and electrical systems were installed, followed by structural framing and a complete commercial kitchen buildout featuring a new hood system, walk-in cooler, and kitchen equipment.

The interior was reimagined with upgraded finishes throughout, including tile and wall enhancements, custom millwork, and a striking wood slat ceiling feature that complements Fresh Kitchen’s clean and contemporary aesthetic. Interior and exterior paint, branded artwork, furniture, and décor were carefully integrated to create a cohesive guest experience. Site improvements included parking lot upgrades and restoration of the outdoor dining area with polished and finished patio concrete, resulting in a vibrant flagship restaurant designed to serve as a showcase for the Fresh Kitchen brand.
