Jeff’s Bagel Run

TWT Construction completed a full restaurant conversion to transform a former Chinese takeout space into a brand – new Jeff’s Bagel Run location in South Tampa. The project began with complete demolition of the existing interior, followed by installation of new underground plumbing and electrical systems, along with framing per tenant buildout documents.

The buildout included a new hood system and components, full kitchen equipment installation, and specialty bakery features including Jeff’s signature bagel ovens and kettle. The space was finished with upgraded tile and wall treatments, custom interior and exterior paint elements, and brand-specific artwork and décor. Unique ceiling and wall features were incorporated throughout, delivering a fresh, energetic environment designed to match Jeff’s Bagel Run’s distinct style and customer experience.
