Mandola's Italian Kitchen

This ground-up restaurant construction project brought a brand-new Mandola’s Italian Kitchen to life in Maitland, FL, starting from an empty dirt site with only an existing parking lot. The project began with building the shell with structural steel joists, masonry walls, and a stucco finish.

The project continued with installation of a new PVC roof, installation of framing per tenant buildout specifications, and complete interior construction with upgraded finishes such as tile, brick, and custom wood wainscoting. Both the interior and exterior were painted and enhanced with perimeter lighting, new metal awnings, and refined exterior siding details.

Additional features included a fully-equipped restaurant kitchen with an exterior-rated walk-in cooler, new storefront systems, and a comprehensive fire sprinkler system. The result is a warm and inviting Italian dining experience built from the ground up with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
