Mellow Mushroom

This interior and exterior remodel transformed a former Fuzzy’s Taco Shop into a distinctive new Mellow Mushroom Pizza location. The project included installation of new underground plumbing and electrical systems, framing per tenant buildout documents, and a complete kitchen buildout with new hood systems, components, and equipment.

Inside, the restaurant space was reimagined with all-new finishes, tile, and wall upgrades, complemented by bold custom paint elements and artistic design features. The team incorporated unique ceiling and wall treatments, specialty lighting throughout, and a custom statue installation at the entryway—creating the brand’s signature whimsical and creative atmosphere. Exterior painting and decorative details completed the transformation, resulting in a one-of-a-kind dining destination in Riverview.
