Mission BBQ

TWT Construction completed the full interior buildout of this new shell building for Mission BBQ in Brooksville, transforming a space that began with a dirt floor into a fully operational restaurant. The project included installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems, structural framing per tenant buildout documents, and a complete commercial kitchen buildout with new hood systems, equipment, and two Old Hickory smokers.

The interior was finished with upgraded tile, wall treatments, and custom paint elements, along with installation of branded artwork and décor that reflect Mission BBQ’s patriotic identity. Exterior enhancements included coordinated paint finishes and the installation of a flagpole and branded features, delivering a bold and welcoming presence from the ground up.
