Bella Brava Bexley

TWT Construction completed the full interior buildout of Stillwater Tavern Bexley in Land O Lakes, FL, transforming a new shell building that began with a dirt floor into a vibrant neighborhood dining destination. The project included installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems, structural framing per tenant buildout plans, and a complete commercial kitchen buildout featuring a new hood system, equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

The restaurant was finished with upgraded tile, custom wall treatments, and interior and exterior paint elements designed to complement the tavern’s welcoming atmosphere. Branded artwork, décor, furniture, and kitchen equipment were installed throughout the space to create a cohesive guest experience. Distinctive architectural features, including a new awning system and custom wood ceiling details, added character and curb appeal, resulting in a warm and inviting gathering place for the community.
