Sweet Tomatoes

TWT Construction completed a comprehensive interior renovation to bring the former Sweet Tomatoes location in Ft. Myers back to life after its closure during the 2020 pandemic. Working closely with the new ownership team, the project transformed the long-vacant restaurant into a modern, fully refreshed dining destination while preserving the brand’s familiar appeal to the local community.

The renovation began with complete demolition of the existing interior finishes, followed by installation of new underground plumbing and electrical systems to support a reconfigured layout, including new restroom facilities. The project also included new framing, upgraded kitchen and dining equipment, and extensive interior improvements featuring updated tile, wall finishes, and all-new furniture throughout the restaurant. Custom interior and exterior paint, brand-specific wallpaper, artwork, and décor elements were installed to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The result is a revitalized Sweet Tomatoes restaurant, thoughtfully rebuilt and ready to welcome guests once again.
